Visit to Santa

Today my mom and I took Marisa and Danielle to see Santa. Now, Marisa has seen Santa once already at her friend's Christmas Party a couple of weeks ago when she was almost in tears and just stood beside him. What's to be afraid off - this big fat, funny looking, weird beard looking guy gives presents - not really but so she thinks.

Danielle has recently started "stranger anxiety" - well, towards my dad, who hasn't seen her in over 3 months, and Mark's mom who is too lazy and chooses not to see her grandkids cause you'd think we live hours away (30 minute bus ride - huh?). Well, I think it's stranger anxiety anyway - so far it's just been the two....wait, yeah it is - we were at a friends house for dinner last night and she was making strange (but no crying - that's only been reserved so far for my dad and Mark's mom so far). Okay, I'm done arguing with myself now. ;-)

Blah, blah, blah...okay so I asked Marisa if she would help and hold Danielle's hand cause I thought for sure Danielle would cry.

WOW, I was shocked, cause not only did Danielle not cry but Marisa was amazing. Now she didn't sit on his lap (can you blame her?!) but she sat so nicely beside him and held her sister's hand smiling away.

I was and am sooo proud of her! I love my two girls so much!!!
