I have read "The Secret". I loved it and think it's an awesome book. I believe. So if I believe, I have to do it right? So if I want to do this then I need a plan. So, my plan starts here. I am going to do this everyday. Anyone else? Try it. What do you have to lose? Keep it to yourself if you prefer.
Things that I am Grateful for every day:

Day 1 --- 5 Things that made me happy today:
1) After waking up seeing Marisa & Danielle was nice. It's always exciting seeing them when they've already been up with daddy. I feel like I have "come home to them"
2) Seeing my friend and spending time with her at dinner, giving her a Birthday dinner cause it was her Birthday before mine and even though it was mine yesterday, I said it was her turn first! That made me feel good. She's a good person and friend and I don't appreciate her enough.
3) Bringing home Pizza for Mark and my mom tonight because I tried it before and just knew they'd love it....they did. :-)
4) Spending a few minutes playing with Marisa. I know I don't do that enough. I really enjoyed it. I think I'll make it a Saturday ritual. Don't let me forget hubby.
5) Taking my mom home tonight. I know she comes and goes on her own all the time. I like to give her a break once in a while.
6) The way Danielle clings to me when she sees a new person (my friend). It makes me feel like I'm doing a good job as a mom since I make her feel safe.
Conclusion So Far:
Notice I wrote six things, not five like I instructed myself. It was hard for me to stop, I kept thinking of good things that happen throughout the day. So this is great so far. I have to do it everyday. Think happy, and only happy things will keep happening to you.
