So tonight after brushing Danielle's teeth, she goes straight into her room. In the few seconds that I take to get the washcloth ready to wash her face, I walk into her room and find her ALREADY in her crib laying there ready to sleep.
I must say that I was blown away. Not because our Angel no longer wants us to read and sing her songs - her nighttime routine (she's been pushing to go into her crib sooner so we have obviously been complying), but I could not believe that not only did she climb into her crib, but she did it so quickly. Danielle was quite proud of herself. And boy oh boy, she was so cute about the whole thing.
Daddy and I are preparing for her toddler bed, because if she can climb in, she'll soon be climbing out.
