Success Indeed

As I write this my beautiful girls are sleeping in Marisa's 'new' room together. Even Fluffy the cat is sleeping with them.

Mark and I have been on a mission - to completly declutter and organize our house. Toys have invaded and are trying to take us out. We must not allow this and are fighting back. Today Mark spent hours on the road picking up furniture while I cleared out Marisa's room with the girls there.

This mission began last weekend.

Accomplished:
-- last weekend worked on tricking some toys into the basement and even got rid of a huge box full. also prepared the basement for the new arrivals.
-- Friday - moved the bookcase out of Marisa's room and into top floor foyer. Organized the bins that get to stay up on the main floor into the closet on the same floor - this is in preparation for big black cabinet being banned downstairs.
-- Today -got a bedframe for Marisa's room so she isn't sleeping on a mattress on the floor (thanks for your help Mike). DONE with advantages...got a bunk bed and the whole room looks different now - looks like a big girl room...even got a new dresser with mirror. Worked on her room all day. Worth the pay off. I love Freecycle!
-- Tomorrow - finish off the foyer and Marisa's room.

Next Weekend
Danielle & Marisa's birthday party. Still plan to use Sunday for working on the living room. We want one again!!

It feels great to feel accomplished! And this is just the beginning.
