A Funny, by Marisa

Tonight I was tucking Marisa into bed and she really wanted dessert (I do not allow it every night as I do not want her to begin expecting it). So we have chocolate pudding in the fridge. Even though I already said no, she doesn't take no for an answer. Most times I'm glad about this(she tries to negotiate and this is an excellent skill to have) but at times UGH!

Anyway, so she says, "Mommy, if you love me then you'd give me Chocolate Pudding". I laughed, asked Mark if he heard that (and he did) and say, "Sunshine, I love you very much...but you're still not getting any".

Smart and sneaky little bugger of mine!
